The operation of a water supply system (WSS) is inextricably linked with the possibility different types failure. It very common for these failures to be random in nature. results reliability studies carried out many systems revealed, example, incidental pollution, power issues, failure machinery, damage plants, or natural disasters. As result WSS failure, we deal state threat safety (TSS) loss (LSS). Using Markov processes, developed model determine that may find itself states safety. result, mathematical using processes has been proposed each distinct (complete state—CSS; state—TSS; and state—LSS). approach will limit emergency by optimizing working repair times. Reducing losses crucial reduce optimize energy consumption production distribution.
